The tickets can be used from Prague airport for the airport bus which connects with the Prague metro at Dejvicka or Zlicin and is valid for 24 hours. You must validate your ticket on entry otherwise you WILL get fined.
So these tickets are valid on the busses, metros or the historic trams.
